To promote the new FX comedy Baskets, from Louis C.K., Zach Galifianakis and Jonathan Krisel, we developed a social campaign that captured the absurd humor and authentic characters.

The campaign began with a non-responsive, GIF heavy website fit for and built by a clown, iamchipbaskets.com.

Chip's personal website features testimonials from the citizens of his hometown of Bakersfield, Chip's professional wills and won'ts, and a photo gallery of emotions. 

 
 
 

Playing on Chip's delusional outlook on his chosen career, and in a first for the network, we launched Chip's professional LinkedIn profile.

Within days, Chip had amassed over 500 connections. Unexpectedly, his connections started seeking career advice, which Chip humbly offered through LinkedIn's Pulse network.

 
 
 

During the first season, we created a number of unique social content pieces each week for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
